I decided to put in a parquet/wood floor in the 3rd floor attic area. This will be for the 3rd floor guest bedroom in my make-believe Bed & Breakfast! At first I was going to order a parquet kit but they were a bit expensive and I knew I would need at least 2 medallions plus borders and parquet flooring pieces so I made my own. This view is of the preliminary design of one of the two medallions.
