Twilight Porch Vignette (half scale)

These are plastic windows I bought from Miniatures.com. They didn't have headers originally, which looked unbalanced, so I made the headers from cornice trim.

The wicker porch swing was made by Leilani Warling. I swapped the pink cushion that came with it for this one, which came with a Pam Junk porch swing that I'll use in another house, because I thought the blue looked better with the house. The swing was hard to hang -- the chains were too long and the back of the swing is top heavy and really wants to tip backward. Tucking the back chain under the arm / behind the back of the swing helps with this.

I'd like to find a seated elderly couple for the swing but I've looked through all the G scale and half scale dollhouse people I can find, and so far haven't found exactly what I want.
