Looks good this way but If your like me you would have to try the gray if it bugs you.

If you have any bits leftover from building it, maybe you could experiment on a few of those first to get the color you hoped for before doing the final piece.

Selkie's idea is a good one. And I think if you hate it, you should definitely fix it. You don't want to think about that every time you look at your gorgeous house with the porch you hate!
