Love,love,love it!!

This is one of my all-time favorites. I'm wondering why it's being uploaded again, but not complaining! I have been inspired in so many ways from this build. The elimination of wall, the open staircase, the skylights! So many great ideas in one great package!

Debora, this album was lost in the last upgrade and I've just noticed it so I'm uploading it again. This was a Building Team house and part of the building team blogs for the Magnolia so I wanted to make sure all the pictures were available.

Man, I'm with Debora -- loving that open floor plan and the skylights! Gorgeous!

The skylights and the change in staircase were two of my favorite things about this house. And in the end, the more open floor plan and the view from above was exactly right because it went to live with a little 7 year old girl on the day her Daddy left for Afghanistan. He's a friend of my hubby and when he stopped by to say goodbye, he was telling us how hard it was on his daughter for him to be leaving on his third tour of duty there so I swept out the Bachelor's belongings, gave it a quick dusting, and sent it home with him to help distract her from missing her Daddy. That open floor plan turned out to be perfect for small hands almost as if the house knew who it would eventually belong to!
