Making a s'more

This doll is going to represent me in my trailer scene. I'm trying to make it look like our family trip across the country when I turned 8.

Anyway, everyone also got a s'more being made. The graham cracker and chocolate are waiting for the marshmellow to finish toasting. The marshmellow is on a stick and ready to go.

Hi there, can I ask, what is a s,more????? I am an ozzie sorry I do not know what this is, is it like a toasted marshmellow or something???
