Hi WestPaces, thank you! I've done lots of things for Marilyn - I think she's blogged about most of them! She did a replica of the shop from the film Chocolat and I made the kits for the cupboards in that. I've also done several kitchens for her too and a workspace. Not sure I can remember all of them!

Hi Jeannine, Our UK system must seem complicated! Small companies (like ours) don't have to register for Sales Tax, so we don't add tax to our own products, so there's nothing to take off. Other larger companies DO have to register for Sales Tax, and therefore add tax to products sold in the UK, and this can then be taken off if it goes to the US (or anyway out of the UK/EU area). It is slightly more complicated than this (for the things we purchase wholesale - that is things we don't make ourselves - tax is included, but because WE don't add it, we can't take it off!) So, in answer to your question, no we don't take any tax off overseas orders. HOpe that makes sense!

Hi Sable, I've just replied to you personally from our email account, explaining that there is a technical issue with the converter (I only discovered this when I checked following your email). The tech people are sorting it out now, but of course, I totally understand if you want to cancel - we can refund you straight away.

Thank you! I'm always trying to create new things, but I'm often so busy I struggle to find the time! I'm always open to new ideas too - many of the pieces that we have on our site were originally requests from clients - like the popular Hot tub for example.
