Wolfie Posted March 27, 2007 Author Share Posted March 27, 2007 Take two lengths of embroidery floss and divide into three equal parts, knot them and braid them, then glue them down to the backing - I used very thin cardboard. Same on the seat! Takes a bit of time, but the finished effect is worth it. There is a small book - I'll have to look it up - but it's just braided rugs...... I like the blues in Grannie's Kitchen too. Very soft, very non-threatening....just soothing and cool! Works in your own homes too......especially if you do a lot of cooking? The blues just seem to tone the heat down! Grannie is one of three dolls I'm creating this week....one maid, one mardi gras doll and one grannie! Her undies are drying as we speak!
