Harrison– Getting window frames square

Hello my friends,

I yanked out most of the windows because there was so much glue on them from the original builder. 

Now I am standing and painting the exterior window frames.

However, I am having trouble getting them square. In addition, I am working for two different kits, so the frames are not all the same width...

How can I get them frames square? I think early on @havanaholly mentioned a device to square things and it had magnets I think.

Any suggestions are very much appreciated.
