Big problem with changing email & password

O.K., here's a dilemma! I always log into my account with my saved information where I don't have to type it in. I've noticed for some time that I haven't received any notification emails from Greenleaf, so when I went in and checked my email, I discovered that it is incorrect. Some time back, my service provider changed names & THEY changed my email. Anyway, to change my email, I need to know my password. I can't remember it. The option to have them email me my password won't work because I can't receive any emails sent to the old email address. What in the world can I do??? Can anybody help me?
