My sitting room area, and desk

You have such a fabulous place to escape to. Must be heavenly.

I like it. When my son moved out, I took it over. I was in a terrible car accident, and my son in law come from his training tdy, my daughter was living with us while he was gone, and my son came home, so it was amazingly fast, really, they pulled up the carpet and we sanded the old floors, repaired the drywall, painted. I'd already been collecting furniture to go in when "one day" was never seeming to happen. But, my near death, every one being stuck in the house cause I was drugged up, etc, between Drs and such it was something to do. Well, they did, I would wander up, start painting or something, and then lay down on the floor and sleep, someone would take the paintbrush out of my hand. All told, it took 3 months before I could drive, and 6 months before I was finished with drs, my attic took two week!
