Used this liquid electrical tape. I wish I had used a smaller brush. The one that it comes with is so big for this teeny tiny wiring but it will work ok. much easier than trying to wrap the regular electrical tape around the tiny wires. This is where I am adding length to the wire. As you can see I have already run it through the channel and covered that area with masking tape. I always test this stuff as I do the work to make sure it is going to work.
