Chimney gable trim completed

I finished the gable eave and trim for the chimney gable and the new back roof addition. I trimmed the chimney with thin strip wood, and it looks a little awkward in places. But, I plan to cover it with ivy eventually, so that will all work out in the end.

In this photo all the elements are so rich & detailed that I'm not seeing anything I would think "well that's awkward." But it's your baby - so you see things we don't see.

The chimney grabs me 1st, then my eye moves to the roof shingle patterns, then down to the cellar doors, then - I'm gett'n all giddy! :idiot:
