Veranda close Up

This is were I had all the trouble. The veranda railings, posts and uprights were made of such thin ply that they would not have supported a butterfly let alone a roof of a childs touch so I have spent many hours re-inforcing these items with bits of the scrap cut-outs and then decorated them with split canes from the skewers. I am quite pleased with the results.
