Tore off the old shingles and the chimnies. Now you can see the scalloping along the front of the roof and the house looks less broken.

Debating whether or not to put the chimnies back when I'm done. There's no fireplace, and nowhere to really put one, so what's the point?

Then again, it's not really a colonial without them, right? Doesn't matter, I've got a ton of time to think about it.
