side balcony

I'm loving your house. It looks great and your basement is turning out really nice. Where did you get the balcony railings and what it is made of? is it metal?

Thanks. the balcony railings are really fencing parts they are made of plastic. I got them from Hobby Builders Supply just search fencing. They come in black also. I am going to have to snip off the very tips of them to attach the hand rail to them but it won't take a way too much of the detail. I have to add the bottom rail also so they have someway to attach to the ground I got all the parts from the same place the handrails are the "classic" ones and will be painted white also.

That is beautiful! You've inspired me to consider putting that kind of trim on the top of mine instead of the included corner trims; it is so authentic-looking! I also discovered that a couple of the trims in my kit are damaged.
