The large gap in the side wall of the nursery. Evidently my skills at measuring and planning are non-existant.

I'll fill this, probably with foam core, and paper over it.

Kind of makes me wonder how badly I'm going to screw up the bedroom roof, too.

Maybe so, but you are learning! Sometimes you just have to do a project to get the "feel" of it and you gain knowledge as you go along.

All mistakes can be covered up, like you said, with foam core and paper. In miniatures, there are also lots of climbing roses, vines, and moss to help out!

Never stop learning! Great to see you tackle this challenge.
