Hello :)

My project is titled "Sir Vincent's (Tudor) Hunting Lodge-

I decided to name this project in honor of my husband Vince who works so hard for our family and is amazingly supportive of my projects....even when the house is a mess and we can't eat at the dining room table...like right now(until the Fling is finished),lol Vince loves outdoors activities, especially fishing and I while brainstorming for my Fling idea, I came up with a late 1500's Tudor Hunting Lodge--the perfect spot for the "King of our castle" to have some well-deserved rest and relaxation in a beautiful wooded area, away from his very busy everyday life...

Hope you enjoy my project as much as I enjoyed researching(the Tudor era) and creating it :)

Wow, I've been inspired by this piece since you first posted pictures. When I saw it, I thought "I'd totally live there!" (And I don't even hunt!)

Beautiful wall treatment in the dining area. Is that hand painted by you or a store-bought paper? Did you use any distressing techniques to give it the yellowed appearance?
