dirty couch

My poor, sad little couch, is now totally rocking thanks to a suggestion from havanaholly. It was colored and dusted with brown/green/gray chalk pastel to simulate stains from dirt, grass and more dirt. A spring is popping out thanks to some floral wire. A blanket is just as dirty and cast across the couch. Coffee grounds for dirt clods, cut up foiliage for leaves that have blown in and not been swept off. That basket *theororetically* holds bulbs and seed packets for the small flower bed that will be off the kitchen later. I tore up the cloth on the front with a cheese grater to pull the threads as if a cat had been scratching on it.
