My Spring Fling is a Dollhouse mini Shop.When I first received the kit all I intended to do was a Spanish Mission Style Dollhouse mini Shop.I figured that it was better than a house because,it only has two rooms and and a beautiful architectural style roof with a nice front porch.My miniature shop features a shop full of 1:144 scale minis like: Houses,furniture,lamps,ceiling fans,Dolls,plants,magazines,just like a real life dollhouse shop.For my shop I used,Stucco for the walls,Spanish Style Tiles for the floors and front steps,Spanish Barrel Tile for the roof,Provincial wrought iron plaque for the windows and doors,ornate plastic wrought iron look fencing for the porch and doors,wrought iron window boxes,I also added an Spanish ornate holy font in the porch,beautiful landscaping with a water fountain and benches.All the doors have been customized for the Spanish Style look.The driveway and sidewalks are made out of egg cartons for the stone work and some of the minis in the shop are made of polymer clay by me. My shop also features a working electric meter with an ON and OFF switch and you can actually hide the 9V battery inside the meter,I also added a secret storage with a door under the porch to add more batteries to add more features in the future like garden lights etc.It was a Super fun Project.
