Sweet little "Carly"

My sweet baby passed away last July after struggling with diabetes and Cushings disease. She was only 10 years young. She was my little clown. She made me laugh and smile every day. It's been a year and it still hurts so bad. I miss her so badly every day, it feels like a chunk of my heart is gone. The picture here is actually the tattoo I have of her.
