Changed the interior.

I am doing different stairs and fireplace, so I left out that inner wall and its associated items. The stairs will be a straight run at the back of the living room to connect with a small upstairs hall with 2 bedroom doors. The fireplace will be a stone, corner fireplace near the front window. The chimney will be outside the house. The other 1st floor room is the kitchen.
