All the windows are in such a bad condition that I have decided to remake them all. The condition of the window for a inpression how bad everything is, or is it me?

Question, how did you get all the trim off, I'm still assessing the situation, but looks like it needs to go down to the shell, like you did, but not sure how to disassemble without causing massive destruction...
