Just wanted to say thanks for posing Rutherford instructions here! Always wanted to see what that looked like! Like all the resat too - all inspiring to see the stages of your project which is getting BIG! Nice! I'muilding a Rutherford, too or finishing basic shell I bought, incomplete w/o stairs, shingles, doors, etc and been bashing -have since added Yorktown windows, French doors for balcony, laser trim, siding, and shingles - using different shapes on tower and peak area plus cove molding around the tower. Right now, gluing siding again and clamping where it lifted slightly between sections whilst it was stored for a few months til I could work on again. Also adding new porch trim and Iron Works railings. Still working out exterior colour scheme. Want it to look like a Victorian Painted Lady to bring out all the trim details I've got going wild with trims and shingles and detailed new windows. Must say things got complicated with so many areas to paint Probably be a light gold yellow with accents of shades of teal green, coral, maybe its of bluish gray and a green roof? Havent even started the interior. Meanwhile, I also have a Newport being primed and Plum Pudding going at the same time plus a bunch of furniture kits! plus a Corner Shop and just got a completed Artply Allison off ebay not long ago which will be redone. Seems like I have Mini Madness for sure but don't want a cure - having too much fun!!!! X-D I really must start taking photos and posting!
