Support braces for railing on the balcony edge

I cut basswood strips to fit the edge of the balcony, painted them white and glued them on to fit right on the seam where the balcony floor meets the trim. The railing will sit on the outside of the braces and be glued on the bottom and on the bottom inside edge so they're supported on two sides.
