making tables: I

When I found the Formica sample chip for the drainboard I found lovely larger ones that looked like pub tabletops, so I grabbed up a couple of them, too.

I actually have quite a few of the 1/4" square dowels, which I also buy at the big box hardware chains, so I cut them into table leg lengths and glued them to the corners. Anyone notice that greenish chip in the foreground looks a tad curved?
