Front porch roof

Here the multiple layers of white paint have given way to another revelation: the porch roof was green with white trim!

Unfortunately while carefully trying to remove the super-thick coat of green paint from the curved trim, the one side crumbled into pieces - totally rotted with only the paint holding it together!  Hmmm.....now to venture into trying to re-create the missing curved trim piece.  I think this calls for an emergency call to my cabinet-maker hubby!
