JustCallMeAnna

Such a pain... whomever built it felt the need to assemble with hot glue and a nail gun. With the help of Jeffrey, the particle board bottom has been removed. Nails were either ground down or pulled out (when possible).

I know!!! Who uses a nail gun?! I can understand the hot glue, all the directions from long ago say to use it... but the nail gun!!! I just can't get over it.

Seriously, hot glue alone is bad enough!  The DC VM 600 was my introduction to dollhouses.  I've been in love ever since!  Enjoy!

I've also found that they had a love for wood glue. Apparently the hot glue was only used in attaching the roof (along with 8 dry wall screws) and attic walls), everything else is wood glue and nail gun.

I'm having a beast of a time trying to get the baseboards off (without breaking the walls) to get to the second floor to get it out (they nailed it in under the baseboards).
