Thanks! I'm trying to really take my time with getting everything as perfect as I can before I start painting and such, because paint can only hide so much and I want it to last for a long time before needing a rehab.

Thank you! I'm planning to have it be a single residence, though I'm still deciding exactly which types of rooms will be going where. I do know for sure that the first floor will be a kitchen/dining and living room though.
