Glue

Nana7

I learned a few things while stripping down this dollhouse.
First, do not ever apply your glue in SWIRLS when attaching clapboard siding. I have no idea what type of glue was used, but so much of this beautiful house was assembled with hot glue. I have to sand off all this residue. I also learned how to wire--yes I said wire--a dollhouse. A totally unexpected bonus. It was a beautiful job, but unfortunately years of neglect caused most of it to become loose. So it was like unraveling a knitting project--I started at the left and just kept pulling. Now that I took it all apart, it makes sense as to how it goes together!
