I won $25 off one of her dolls, but her style wasn't anything I would use. Instead, I purchased some of her mini dolls, to put in my grandmothers doll collection case. She was thrilled, because I went out of my way to spend money. She surprised me by saying that people generally don't do that. They come and collect their freebie and leave. As a business owner, I know that door prizes are to bring you to me and get you to spend money. I was sad to hear that my gesture was uncommon. It shouldn't be.
