Looks like it's structurally sound. I can see several variations here besides the obvious contemporary design. I'll be interested to see what you come up with for your theme.

I don't know what i should do with it. I'm curious about the Swedish design of the living room being upstairs. It's going to be weird decorating like that. I'm sure when I find out about their current scales , this will be an expensive upgrade. I have buyers remorse, but I'm going to make the best of it and use it to learn about electric and scale.

Unless you feel that you need to keep the Lundby integrity for historical purposes, I'd be inclined to just bash the entire thing to suit your own personal style. With the exception of keeping things in the correct proportion, I'd not worry about the original themes or styles at all and "do it my way".
