Pierce Beach House Build

I'm a novice builder who built her last house as a child. As my second build, I'm planning to bash a Greenleaf Pierce Kit to create an eclectic beach house retreat. This will be my first attempt at dollhouse electrification! I'll need lots of luck and I'd love to receive any advice. Ready...set...go!

Update: well the Pierce beachhouse has survived its first flood. The life-size washing  machine flooded my workshop and rained down on the Pierce. Fortunately it dried out ok-ish and the electrical is mostly intact. Some of the pieces have warped....but will be sorted out and the build is on again! Never a dull moment in mini-land.
