This cute workshop turned into a little neighborhood sushi bar called Chu-rippu which is Japanese for tulip.

It is owned by the family that resides in the Orchid. The father Pentti spent some time in Japan studying back in his college days and fell in love with the culture and naturally sushi. His dream was to have his own sushi place and this spring he was finally able to complete his dream. He has his prized bonsai tree and photos he's taken on permanent display. And he always shares a cup of sake with his regulars :)
