Room bash pictures

November 26th. Opps i forgot to take pictures of the stair pieces after staining. Ah well i'll post those another day.

This morning i kept going back and forth on green vs red wallpaper for the main hallway. So off I went to JoAnn's to find some jacquard ribbon for the stair runners....I knew this would help me with my selection of wallpaper...and it did. Red hallway it is! Now i'm stuck....dry wall mud textured ceiling MUST come before wallpapering....which follows painting the textured ceiling. Looks like wallpapering will get bumped yet again to another day.

Plans for this week: dry wall mudd textured ceilings on the main floor (the other floors to follow after the house is totally glued together). Then painting of the ceilings. Wallpapering the hallways. gluing together staircases and placing stair runner on each staircase. Putting the staircases in place. Lots of work for the week, but i hope to get most of it completed by next sunday evening.

Here are some pictures of the bash. Like i said it will need a little fine tuning when i'm ready to put it together. The outside walls may be 1/8 inch too long. I don't want to cut them yet tho until i'm sure. It's gonna look pretty cool i think after i get it together and sided, i'll work on the architectural stuff to tie it in with the rest of the house.

The dining wall with the new doorway is completed. I'm thinking of boxing in the ceiling where the "beam" hangs down. That may add a little interest. That little 2 inch section on the exterior is going to be closed in and sided. I also need to create a foundation to match the rest of the house, that will be done after the addition is glued in place so that i can get an exact measurement.
