Gradually getting there...

I have now completed all the decorative work for the ground floor and first floor. I haven't glued much down on the first floor as I have to run wires and hang lights. So one of my next major tasks will be creating a couple of chandeliers. I have been playing today - but too tired to put in real effort. There are obviously some finishing touches that I will do once the whole house is together - just to tidy bits up.

So my next jobs are electrical and windows/doors. So not looking forward to the windows - I have had a quick look at the instructions but they went pretty much straight over my head. I'm sure I'll figure it. So lots of sanding, painting and gluing coming up this week!

My daughter has started playing with Polymer clay again. So glad she has - she is so clever! Just check out the roast turkey she created for my couple!

Love where you've come to thus far. What great decorating ideas. Your workmanship is very nice. Hope you are happy with it. It is really coming together. Congratulations.

Hi Selkie - nice to hear from you!  I have been so busy these past 2-3 weeks that I have done very little work on the house but still really enjoy it when I can.  I'm working on windows and doors - very tedious!
