Particularly I'm in search of the height of the first-floor rooms (floor to ceiling), and the placement of the door (and its width) on the wall between the vestibule/hall and kitchen. Where on the wall is the door, and how wide is the aperture? Thank you ahead of time. I know the kitchen at its narrowest part is 7" and the depth is 11". I just need the third axis.
