Lack of customer service

My daughter is an avid minature enthusiast and particiaptes on forums.  I purchased a dollhouse from Greenleaf for her for Christmas but it not he one she wanted.  I have been trying to reach Greenleaf since Christmas and the customer mailbox has remained full.  I have submitted emails and was advised that someone would get back with me...NOTHING!!!  The only thing I have left to do is to try posting on this forum to see if someone from Greenleaf would help me in returning this dollhouse and getting me a refund. I am appalled at the poor custoemr service!!!!
