IrishMist
After seeing the chandelier from eBay I had to give it a try. Mine's a tiny bit smaller - was using caps that I had on hand. I'm out of light bulbs, so there's a crystal bead hanging in place of the bulb. Did I come close?
MiniMadWoman
IrishMist, it's so pretty! Are you going to be hanging it somewhere?!! :o
IrishMist
Thanks Teresa! Considering what they are selling for, and how quick they are to make, I think I will turn out a batch of them to list on eBay to see if I can help support my mini habit. :o Carol
LPCullen
OH it's so pretty! You can hang it in my house, if you don't want to hang it in yours ...

AllThingsMini
Care to share with us your secret on how to make them? It's beautiful and I'd love to make some, and even a few variations, to put in my house.
IrishMist
They are so ridiculously easy compared to my "regular with arms" chandeliers, that I'm almost embarrassed to tell! All you do is string beads - clear ones so the light will show through - on to head pins, then join the pins to a filigre bead cap. You can use eye pins if you want to hang charms from the ends. There is a hole in the center of the bead cap, so run your wire through there. Or run another head pin with a crystal bead instead of the light. They cost less than $2.00 to make, plus the cost of the light. The trick is finding the large bead caps. Most places only sell them up to 3/4 inch and you need 1 to 1 1/2 inch diameter for it to hang right. Hope this helps! Carol
