Several people asked how I made the bushes in front of the house look so real.

A couple of years ago I picked up a bunch of dried plant stems off the clearance rack at JoAnne's. I've no idea what kind of plant it is, and I've never seen it there since. I snipped the ends off several branches and poked them into a styrofoam ball that I painted green first.
