basement addition

This is a rough drawing for the basement addition which is the lower level of the house. It will include a garage, gameroom/bar area and a laundry/storage room. There is a 6" overhang which will have the staircase and a door and window. In the picture it shows two windows. The dark area is hopefully going to be brick or stone of some sort.

The house will just set on top of basement addition.
