Instructions 3 And 2?

When I unfold the instruction sheet (it's all one 2-sided sheet for this kit) it seems the second and third columns have been mixed up. The directions in the lower right have to be done before the upper left. I'll try to watch out for this when I do another kit (notice I didn't say "if.")
