Original colors

This was the first dollhouse I made. I liked the colors of it when I built it about 8 years ago, but I decided one day about 2 years ago to repaint it. It is now dark teal with cream trim.

My 11 year old neice will get it for Christmas or her birthday, depending on when I redo the inside. I asked her which of my houses she would like if I gave her one and she didn't pick the big ones. She said would like this one since it was the one she remembers playing with when she was little. I was a little surprised by her choice.
