Apparently, the Great Smokey Mountain house attics are the perfect place to store dollhouse kits! The wood trim was in EXCELLENT condition and punched out perfectly, after being in storage for a very long time . . . .We were quite delighted. Only a couple of peices broke, but that was more in sanding/painting operations and not the punching out process . . . Quite easily glued back together and not that obvious.
