Knitting, Crocheting and Sewing items

These are some items I made for a sewing/crafting roombox I am working on. The sewing chest was a miniature club project. It actually opens and closes. The thread caddy was a kit bashed kit. I made the pincushion and bear on top out of Crayola airdry clay. I covered the pincushion with tissue paper and painted it. The mug is made of sculpey and painted. The doilies have crocheted edging from 1 strand of embroidery floss. The ball of "crochet cotton" is the same embroidery floss. The knitting was done on quilt pins and then transferred to applique pins for knitting needles. The pillow was paper pieced by machine. I am not happy with how the stitches pulled when removing the paper, I am thinking on a different technique for future pieces. The thimble which will be a wastebasket is real for size reference.
