Payton's Tae Kwon Do Martial Arts Studio

The outside of the studio is a beautiful blissful blue with gray terracotta roof. We added a stain glass window in the door. The door has an "open" sign hanging on the doorknob and an hours sign displayed in the bottom floor's window. The front of the building has a red sign on front as well as potted trees and a red bench. The ground is gray brick that leads to the garden with a gray stone waterfall and three koy fish as well as lush hedges and flowered greenery. There is a billboard sign on the side of the building advertising the studio and all the amendities offered there.

Inside you catch a glipse of Master Payton preparing for her next tournament sparring with a dummy in the downstairs gym portion of the studio. The gym room is painted a earthy light beige. One wall is mirrored for students to see their own technique during classtime. Opposite the mirror wall is the kicking bar for practicing the various kicking techniques. Above the kicking bar are the logo of the studio in sunburst shape and the flags honored at every Tae Kwon Do studio. The curtained wall has the picture of the various belts for Tae Kwon Do as well as the tenets of Tae Kwon Do writted in English and Korean in two black framed pictures. On the door is the schedule of classes offered at the studio as well as a shade for privacy. The curtain and shade in this gym room are eggshell with burgundy vertical stripes. The gym is lighted by a brass ceiling fan.

The upstairs room is the equipment and trophy area. The walls are painted a light and bright green tone. The display case holds uniforms, sparring gear and gym bags for the students to purchase for use at the studio. On top of the display case are two first place loving cup trophies from the regional tournament that Master Payton won last month. A gorgeous tiffany-style lamp sitting on the display case offers the lighting in the upstairs room. On the curtained wall are two posters of students performing Tae Kwon Do techniques. The curtains are a gorgeous forest green with beige pattern. The remaining wall has the mural of the mountains in Korea with the saying "a journey of one thousand miles begins with a single step".
