I have also added the balconies to the sides.  I think they’ll need supports.  I’m not crazy about them being floating balconies.  It’s funny they have no steps for the back door (off the kitchen) or the front door.  I will need to add those myself. Here you can see the bedroom doors, which have been painted.  My trim colors are teal and orange.  Very mid-century/Eichler.
