1/12 Scale Beach House

Taking the houseworks garage kit and turning it into a beach house! I have lots of ideas for this build. Adding a full dormer to create more space on the second floor, putting in sliding glass doors where the garage door would have been, and I'm also going to add a balcony so you can walk out of the full dormer on the second floor.
