Kelty House restoration

A craigslist find, my very first house! Custom built in 1991 by the late Mr. James Kelty of New Orleans, Louisiana. The lady I bought it from acquired it in 2013 as part of an abandoned storage locker auction far away from its original home. (Later Edit) I've found a real life 1800s Louisiana house that I can model this one after with minimal bashing...wish me luck!
