The house was built to the specifications of Mlle Eloise who, I have on the best authority, intends to make her living out of it by sewing fine clothes and accessories as well as hat making.
She herself told me that before her family lost all it's money, she had been to the finest finishing school in Paris and so is well acquainted with how fashionable young ladies should dress.
