The Garfield rehab Project

This is the recued Garfield project that needs alot of work.
Wiring, stucco, chair rail, bead board, sanding, and adding lots of new flooring, adding windows and doors and and trim is needed for this house even though it will be a haunted house :)
I just can't stand basic building inperfections.
Wish me luck!
